TABP Association Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for membership with TABP Association, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register or use our services.

2. Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to qualified professionals who meet our eligibility criteria. All applications are subject to approval by TABP Association administrators. We reserve the right to reject any application without providing a reason.

3. Registration Process

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Membership Approval

After registration, your application will be reviewed by our administrators. Approval typically takes 1-2 business days. You will be notified via email once your membership has been approved or if additional information is required.

5. Member Responsibilities

As a member, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Keep your contact information up to date
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your membership ID
  • Use the member portal responsibly and lawfully
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Membership ID Card

Upon approval, you will receive a digital membership ID card. This card serves as proof of your membership and should not be shared with unauthorized persons. Loss or misuse of your membership ID should be reported immediately to TABP Association.

7. Data Processing

By accepting these terms, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We process your data for membership management purposes in compliance with GDPR regulations.

8. Member Conduct

Members must conduct themselves professionally and ethically. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership for any violation of these terms or for conduct deemed inappropriate or harmful to the association.

9. Termination of Membership

Membership may be terminated:

  • At your request by deleting your account through the GDPR dashboard
  • By TABP Association for violation of these terms
  • By TABP Association for non-compliance with membership requirements

10. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and materials on the TABP Association member portal are the intellectual property of TABP Association. Members may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

TABP Association shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or inability to use our services.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify members of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
